We process account and subscription data under contract (to provide the service you signed up for). Any optional marketing email would only ever be sent with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We use a small number of processors under data-processing agreements: our payment processor (Stripe) for billing, our hosting provider for infrastructure, and — only if you choose to enable them — an email provider, Telegram (Bot API), or a webhook endpoint of your own choosing for alert delivery. Your data is not sold or shared with advertisers. Scan requests are relayed to Binance's public market-data API to compute results; Binance sees the request the same as it would for any web request, we add nothing identifying to it.
We use only strictly necessary cookies/local storage (keeping you signed in, remembering your watchlist). There are no third-party analytics or ad-tracking cookies on this site, so no cookie-consent banner is shown — there's nothing non-essential to consent to. If that changes, this page and the site will be updated with a proper consent mechanism first.
Data is stored on a server in the EU. Where a processor above is based outside the EU/EEA, we rely on that processor's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguard for the transfer.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. You can close your account and have your data deleted, subject to what we're legally required to keep (e.g. billing records). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you believe we've mishandled your data.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to you, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours as required by law, and notify affected users without undue delay where the risk to them is high.
